Add Wi-Fi to any digital camera with Eye-Fi

Does your digital camera has Wi-Fi support? No? Don’t worry because you can quickly turn it into a Wi-Fi enabled one. All you need is a Eye-Fi SD card with built in Wi-Fi support. Just insert it into your camera, snap photos and immediately transfer them to your computer or print them wirelessly. That’s not all. Eye-Fi also lets you upload photos directly to the Internet.

The Eye-Fi Card stores photos & videos like a traditional memory card, and fits in most cameras. When you turn your camera on within range of a configured Wi-Fi network, it wirelessly transfers your photos & videos. You can automatically have them sent to your computer, or even to your favorite photo sharing and video sharing website. A total of 25 sites are supported including the most popular ones like Flickr, Picasa, Webshots and YouTube.

You can choose the privacy levels that your sharing website supports and even setup notifications so you know when your photos and videos are uploaded.

There are 3 different variants of the card.

The Home card can transfer wirelessly to your home computer but cannot upload to photo sharing sites. It comes at a size of 2 GB and is priced at $50.

The Eye-Fi Share & Eye-Fi Share Video can transfer wirelessly to both your home computer and online sharing sites. The 2 GB card is priced at $60 and the 4 GB card at $80.

The Eye-Fi Explore can send photos and videos to your computer, share them online and also geotag them and get access to 10,000 Hotspots. It’s priced at $100.
