Thin Calendar: Linear Google Calendar on the desktop

Thin Calendar is a small application for Windows that puts a transparent linear calendar at the top edge of your desktop, with appointments retrieved from your Google Calendar account. Thin Calendar’s looks are inspired by a similar application for the Mac OSX called Dateline.

There is not much to write about this software. A simple application that doesn't need to be installed; you need to just extract the contents of the zip file and double click on the exe file to run the application. If you don’t use Google Calendar, you can still use Thin Calendar as a bare bone calendar application for the desktop.

Thin Calendar offers absolutely no options for customizing. If you want better functionality you can try the Google Calendar Client. The client however wouldn’t embed the calendar on the desktop the way Thin Calendar does.
