Snow Transformation Pack makes Windows 7 look like a Mac

With the new Snow Transformation Pack, Windows Vista and 7 users can make their operating system resemble a Macintosh without losing out on any of the functionality Windows Vista and 7 has to offer.

This freeware automatically replaces the necessary system files and installs Snow Leopard icons, wallpapers, screensavers, sounds and changes the login screens, shutdown dialog box, and other GUI elements to make Windows 7 looks like a Mac. After installation, restart the computer and you will greeted by a Mac welcome screen and whole new look.

    Yes."

are you sure? cuz i've just read that it replaces some files does that means it erases them? how a simple uninstall would replace these files with the original that I'm using right now on win 7

  5. The transformation pack comes with an uninstaller, which means it does keep a backup of the files it replaces. Uninstalling it will restore the original files.

Again, if you have doubts or specific questions about the software I think the people who wrote the software will be in a better position to answer them.

  10. @Angel: Do you have administrator privilege for your account? Verify if your account is administrator or limited-user from the control panel>User account.

Again, I recommend contacting the software author for your specific questions.

How to Record CPU and Memory Usage Over Time in Windows?

Whenever the computer is lagging or some application is taking too long to respond, we usually fire up task manager and look under the Performance tab or under Processes to check on processor utilization or the amount of free memory available. The task manager is ideal for real-time analysis of CPU and memory utilization. It even displays a short history of CPU utilization in the form of a graph. You get a small time-window, about 30 seconds or so, depending on how large the viewing area is.
