Mz 7 Optimizer: The ultimate Windows 7 customization tool

Mz 7 Optimizer is a free, complete system optimization suite for Windows 7, and quite possibly the only optimization/customization tool you will ever need. The number of tweaks and hidden Windows settings that this tool brings out in the open is staggering. Most of these settings are, of course, available from various places in Windows, but it’s good to have all of them at one place.

Despite the ridiculous number of tools and tweaks, Mz 7 Optimizer’s interface is well laid out. Optimization tweaks are grouped under various categories and available for selection on the left. Clicking on a category reveals the contents in the main window, which are further grouped under sub-categories. These are arranged as tabs on the top.

How to Record CPU and Memory Usage Over Time in Windows?

Whenever the computer is lagging or some application is taking too long to respond, we usually fire up task manager and look under the Performance tab or under Processes to check on processor utilization or the amount of free memory available. The task manager is ideal for real-time analysis of CPU and memory utilization. It even displays a short history of CPU utilization in the form of a graph. You get a small time-window, about 30 seconds or so, depending on how large the viewing area is.
