MSI Afterburner – Overclocking utility for video cards

MSI Afterburner is a free overclocking utility designed for MSI graphics cards, but also works with video cards from other manufacturers. MSI Afterburner’s main features include GPU/Shader/Memory clock adjustment, advanced fan speed, GPU voltage control and monitoring of the card’s vital statistics.

MSI Afterburner has been co-developed by MSI and Rivatuner to be used with MSI cards, and is the official overclocking utility from MSI. But as luck would have it, the program is compatible with video cards of almost all make. MSI Afterburner is also compatible with both NVIDIA and ATI GPUs.

Using MSI Afterburner you can easily adjust the video cards Core voltage, Core clock, Shader clock, Memory clock and fan speed. All the adjustments can be saved as 5 profiles, allowing users to quickly switch from one setting to another with hotkeys.

To show the graphics card operating status more accurately, it provides a complete monitoring function: all important information including the GPU core clock, memory clock, temperature, voltage, and fan speed have a real-time on-screen-display monitor in games and real-time information in Windows Tray Icon.
