Popular Science 137 year archive available for free browsing

The popular Popular Science magazine is now available online for free browsing. Scanned copies of the entire archive spanning 137 years were put up by PopSci, the web version of the print magazine.

We've partnered with Google to offer our entire 137-year archive for free browsing. Each issue appears just as it did at its original time of publication, complete with period advertisements. It's an amazing resource that beautifully encapsulates our ongoing fascination with the future, and science and technology's incredible potential to improve our lives. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Right now you can’t go directly to the magazines, but you can search for topics using the search box. Once you arrive at a particular issue, you can flip through the pages at will. Whoa!!
