Automatically sort downloaded files with Download Mover

Cleaning directories and sorting files can be a very tedious job. Download Mover is an application that will help you tackle this by automatically sorting your downloaded files and moving them to different folders based on the file extension. You only have to dump all your files at one location and Download Mover will sort them according to the filters you set.

You can configure Download Mover to monitor several directories at once for new files. Specify the time intervals for checking, apply rules for different file types and you are set. With Download Mover you can apply filters say, for moving zip and rar files to one folder, exe files to another and images to yet another. This will keep your download folders tidy and well organized and you won’t have to do a thing.

Download Mover is no longer developed but it still does a good job.
