Matt's System Helper-Outer is a useful program that makes launching common Windows system tools and executing Windows console command a lot easier. Simply put, it’s an interface to the command line where users can click on buttons rather than memorizing commands.
Matt's System Helper-Outer doesn’t encompasses all command line commands, just the basic ones like flushing DNS, Ping, Traceroute etc. Other important system tools that can accessed from the interface are Device Manager, MSConfig, Services, File System Checker etc and tasks like stopping print spooler service, registering installer service, running defragment and son on are also available.
Matt's System Helper-Outer is by no means a powerful program, but casual users will surely benefit from it.
