Open Control Panel either from the Metro Start screen or from My Computer. In the search box type ‘power options’ and from the results that display click on ‘Change what the power buttons do’.

Another way to get to this setting is press Win+R to launch the Run dialog box. In the run box type powercfg.cpl and press Enter. This will open the Power Options window. Then select ‘Change what the power buttons do’ link from the left pane.

In the System Settings window, click on Change settings that are currently unavailable. This will reveal the hibernate options.
