Floor Planner is an interactive web based house and floor plan designing tool that allows you to create and share your own house plans. The site enables you to design your dream home up to the last detail, complete with furniture, garden and other accessories.

The interface is flash based and extremely simple to use. It allows you to create rooms and draw walls by simply dragging with your mouse pointer. You can drag windows, doors, staircases and so on into the plan and adjust their sizes by typing in the sizes or resizing them with the mouse. The site comes with a generous library of different kinds of doors, windows, dining tables, beds, wardrobes, chairs etc.

You can also move outside and design your garden or courtyard, plant trees and hedges. You can add textures, such as hardwood floor for the living room, tiles for the bathroom, or leather for couch upholstery.
